Stranger Things: The First Shadow Tickets - London

BEFORE THE WORLD TURNED UPSIDE DOWN…

Kate Trefry's Stranger Things: The First Shadow is live on stage at the Phoenix Theatre, with an original story by the Duffer Brothers, Jack Thorne & Kate Trefry, and based on the popular Netflix Series. Directed by Stephen Daldry. Book Stranger Things: The First Shadow at Theatre Tickets London.

The scene is set from within the world and mythology of Stranger Things as we arrive in Hawkins, 1959: just a regular town with regular worries. Bob Newby’s sister refuses to take his radio show seriously, young Jim Hopper’s car doesn't start, and Joyce Maldonado just wants to graduate and get the hell out of town.

New student Henry Creel arrives in town looking for a fresh start with a clean slate; however, his family finds that this isn’t an easy task… and the dark shadows of the past still have a long reach.

Stranger Things: The First Shadow is brought to life on stage by a multi-award-winning creative team, taking theatrical stagecraft and storytelling to a whole new dimension as this gripping adventure transports you right back to the start of the Stranger Things story – and perhaps holds the key to the end.

Are There Any Tickets To Stranger Things: The First Shadow That Should Be Avoided?

It is advisable to check the seating plan before booking. The Phoenix Theatre does not have many seats with restricted views, and seats that are should be clearly marked as R/V on the seating plan. The level of restriction should also be reflected in the price (for example, if a seat priced at £15 is next to a seat priced at £150, it is likely the restriction will be severe). Checking the price differentials can save you money as price bands have a cut-off point, and you can often find tickets that have a big difference in price, yet both have clear views of the stage.

Do They Ever Discount Tickets To Stranger Things: The First Shadow?

There will always be quiet weeks in a supply-and-demand business like West End theatre, and hunting for discount tickets during off-peak weeks and Monday to Thursday performances can yield big dividends.

Are Upper Circle Tickets To Stranger Things: The First Shadow  Any Good?

The Phoenix Theatre is not one of the largest venues in the West End, so clear-view Upper Circle tickets are generally fairly priced. It is advisable to check the seating plan before booking for transparency.

How Can I Find Cheap Tickets To Stranger Things: The First Shadow?

If you are trying to save money on tickets to Stranger Things: The First Shadow, it is advisable to steer clear of weekends and peak times, such as school holidays. When searching for value, it is worth looking at the weeks that follow half-term holidays, especially in the quieter months such as February, when a lack of footfall can produce last-minute value.

Stranger Things: The First Shadow plays at the Phoenix Theatre in London. The medium-sized West End theatre has three levels of seating and a capacity of 1028.

The venue benefits from a deep auditorium that has a tall and narrow feel to it.  Thankfully, there are few obstructions to the view of the stage, and due to the raking of the seating, the stage can be seen clearly from most seats.

Premium seats are in the mid-centre of the Stalls, most specifically in rows C-K, which offer clear, unobstructed views and have good legroom. Seats in the front rows of the Dress Circle also provide excellent panoramic views for those who prefer to watch the action from an elevated position.

For those on a budget or looking for value and cheap tickets to Stranger Things: The First Shadow, sitting towards the end of rows offers excellent and often discounted views of the stage, and as there is only a very slight curve, there is still a good view of the stage even from the very end of a row. The Grand Circle also offers good value for money with clear views of the stage for a very reasonable price.
